My yoga and meditation classes aim to awaken inner resources for personal healing and to bring individuals into alignment with their full potential to thrive both on and off the mat.
I cater my instruction to the needs of the student and support the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual processes that may arise during practice.
Each class emphasizes postural alignment, pranayama (breath exercise), flexibility, strength-building, self-compassion, and mindfulness.
I assist students to uncover innate body wisdom and deeper layers of personal growth.
My approach is both light-hearted and technical. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and well-rounded practice suitable for every kind of body.
