  • Practice developing more compassion and loving-kindness for yourself.

  • Experience getting out of your head and more in touch with your body.

MODULE 3: Skills of a Mindful Eater 

  • Become more aware of the factors that lead you to eat / get to the root of why you engage in mindless eating.

  • Explore The Four Foundations of Mindful Eating as a powerful way to approach your everyday meals.

  • Start a daily food log in your journal, using The Four Foundations as a guide.

  • Experience a classic mindful eating exercise for eating calmly in the present moment.

  • Practice a meditation to cure mindless thinking around food and your body.

MODULE 4: Honor Your Body 

  • Learn eating guidelines that will empower you to make the best food choices.

  • Learn how to create an ideally balanced plate as a simple, practical way of planning your meals.

  • Decide on your exercise goals and commit to a realistic routine.

  • Be introduced to the concepts of natural intelligence and mindful movement.

  • Experience your body's inner wisdom through the practice of yoga.

MODULE 5: Help with Hunger 

  • Explore tools for being mindful of fullness - such as eating slowly, taste awareness and the hunger scale.

  • Learn how to cut down on portion sizes as a way of counteracting habitual overeating.

  • Discover caloric density as a hassle free philosophy of eating.

  • Explore various tools for addressing intense cravings and urges - such as taste satiety and crowding out.

  • Create a new craving control routine in your home - using a designated chair and location.

MODULE 6: Food and Feelings

  • Learn about emotional eating. Start tracking your own food and feelings as a way of connecting the dots.

  • Practice a mindful approach to emotions through Radical Acceptance.

  • Review the negative effects of stress on the body. Learn about the chemistry of stress eating.

  • Reflect on your current stress level and relate it to The Stress and Eating Cycle.

  • Explore multiple strategies for self-soothing without using food to numb.
