Group Yoga & Meditation Classes
My yoga classes aim to awaken inner resources for personal healing and to bring students into alignment with their full potential to thrive both on and off the mat.
I balance precise asana instruction and alignment with intention, breath, flow, meditation, and music in classes carefully themed to deepen the student’s understanding of yoga.
I focus on the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit while allowing everyone to work at their own pace in a safe, playful, and transformative environment. I encourage my students to cultivate authentic self-worth, experience presence in their entire being, and tread the path to higher consciousness.
Central to my teaching is a belief that the more people learn to be present to themselves, the more they are likely to become present to their communities and the greater world.
