I specialize in teaching women who struggle with emotional eating, yo-yo dieting and body image to ditch the diet, love their body, and find a balanced weight so they can stop worrying about their appearance and start living a vibrant and passionate life!
As a holistic health coach I'm here to provide support while we explore concerns and goals specific to you and your body. I provide a safe container of trust, compassion and confidentiality.
Through working with me you will develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that can radically improve your health and happiness. Instead of prescribing one fix for all clients, I create a personalized program that is based on your unique needs, personal preferences, and background.
I practice an integrative approach to nutrition and wellness, which means that I tend to your body, mind and spirit, and look at how all areas of your life are connected as a whole. We are not only fed by food but by other factors in our lives. Healthy relationships, quality sleep, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, time spent outdoors, and a spiritual practice are other essential forms of nourishment. Our work together will be about cultivating health at every level of your being; not just physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
